50ml Havana 3 year old 25ml lime juice Sugar syrup 2 dashes chocolate bitters 8/10 mint leaves 50ml Strong rose tea* *500ml of Freshly boiled water is added to 10g of tea, and allowed to infuse for 5 min. Then 500ml of cold water is added. Fine strain the tea and bottle. Best used on the same day.
