RASPBERRY MOJITO Made with Havana Club 3
A fruity twist on our authentic cuban classic! The Mojito lends itself to creativity and colour. Keep it fresh and seasonal by adding a handful of raspberries to the mix.
MAKE IT
- Teaspoons White Sugar
- 2
- Fresh Lime juice
- 25 ml
- Sprigs of Mint
- 2
- Fresh Raspberries
- 4
- Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 50 ml
- Ice Cubes
- 3
- with Sparkling Water
- Top up
- Mix the sugar and fresh lime juice with a spoon in your glass.
- Muddle the mint sprigs and raspberries in the sugar and lime mixture.
- Add the rum and ice cubes, then mix again. Top up the glass with a splash sparkling water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and…salud!
