Cocktail recipe made with Havana Club 7 rum

The rum cocktail 7 Ginger made with the Cuban rum Havana Club 7 is a twist on the Cuba Libre drink. Using ginger ale instead of cola, it is sweet, spicy and refreshing, with a sharp squeeze of lime! For a more fiery hit switch out the ginger ale for ginger beer.

Havana Club 7 Años rum: 50 ml
Ginger Ale: 100 ml
Large Lime Wedge: 1
Ice cubes: 3

Havana Club 7 Años rum: 100 ml
Ginger Ale: 200 ml
Large Lime Wedges: 2
Ice cubes: 6

Havana Club 7 Años rum: 250 ml
Ginger Ale: 500 ml
Large Lime Wedges: 5
Ice cubes: 15

Havana Club 7 Años rum: 500 ml
Ginger Ale: 1 L
Large Lime Wedges: 10
Ice cubes: 30

Fill a highball glass with the ice cubes.
Add Havana Club 7 Años rum.
Top up with no more than 100ml ginger ale per glass.
Squeeze the juice of the lime wedge into the glass, garnish with another lime wedge and…take a sip!
