The rum cocktail 7 Ginger made with the Cuban rum Havana Club 7 is a twist on the Cuba Libre drink. Using ginger ale instead of cola, it is sweet, spicy and refreshing, with a sharp squeeze of lime! For a more fiery hit switch out the ginger ale for ginger beer.
MAKE IT
- Havana Club 7 Años rum
- 50 ml
- Ginger Ale
- 100 ml
- Large Lime Wedge
- 1
- Ice cubes
- 3
- Fill a highball glass with the ice cubes.
- Add Havana Club 7 Años rum.
- Top up with no more than 100ml ginger ale per glass.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime wedge into the glass, garnish with another lime wedge and…take a sip!
