40ml Havana Club Original 3 Años
20ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Passionfruit Syrup
10ml Vanilla Syrup - Garnish per serving Passionfruit half

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 8-10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with half a passionfruit.

The original Pornstar Martini, made with vodka, was created by Australian bartender Douglas Ankrah in the early 2000s at the London bar “The Soho Brasserie.” But the Cuban version, the Passionstar Rumtini, takes the drink to a whole new level with the addition of Havana Club rum.
