The mojito goes on vacation – and takes you with it! Think smooth coconut meeting fresh mint and rum under the Cuban sun. This coconut mojito is creamy and tropical, like paradise in a glass – a rum and coconut cocktail recipe that brings the island vibes straight to you.

40 ml Havana Club Original 3 Años
20 ml lime juice
10 ml coconut syrup
60 ml coconut water
2 large mint sprigs
60 ml soda water -
garnish per serving
Desiccated Coconut Rim,
Lime Wedge & Mint Sprig
steps
Wet the rim of a highball glass with lime, then coat it with desiccated coconut flakes.
Add the first four ingredients into the glass.
Muddle two large mint sprigs into the mixture, then add cubed ice to the top.
Top up with soda water, mix again, then garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig.
