10ml Red Bitter Liqueur
40ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup -
garnish per serving
Pineapple Slice
Mint Sprigs

Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice & hard shake.
Strain into glass over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice & mint.
