30ml Havana Club 7 Años
10ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Simple Syrup (1:1)
1 Squeezed Lime Wedge
100ml Soda Water - garnish per serving Pineapple wedge

Add Havana Club 7 Años, pineapple juice, simple syrup and a squeeze of fresh lime to a highball glass.
Fill up with cubed ice and top with soda water.
Stir gently to combine ingredients then garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
