  • shaker 40ml Havana Club Especial
    5ml Lime Juice
    5ml Hibiscus Syrup
    80ml Ginger Ale
  • garnish per serving Hibiscus Salt + Sugar Rim & Lime Wedge

steps

In a small plate with a split of hibiscus salt and sugar.

Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and rim the glass with the mixture.

Then add the first 3 ingredients, gently stir and fill up with cubed ice
and top with sparkling ginger ale.

Give a final stir together then garnish with a lime wedge.
