SPAIN Finalists

The spirit of Havana Club lit up Cádiz on a vibrant day that brought together tradition, creativity, and Cuban soul. Known as “Little Havana”, the coastal city welcomed finalists from across Spain for an unforgettable edition of the Havana Club Cocktail Maestros national final.
Before the competition even began, the atmosphere was already buzzing. The day kicked off with a guided sightseeing tour through the streets of Cádi. Led by the local team, the finalists enjoyed a refreshing Redi in the sun and made a stop at the iconic Casa Manteca, known for its authentic and traditional Spanish service, a perfect blend of local culture and Havana Club spirit.
That evening, after a convivial dinner, a mentoring session brought the group together for a special tasting of the Havana Club Icónica range, led by Alfredo Guerra and Cisco Rodríguez, who also presented Tributo 2025 for the very first time in Spain. It was an intimate and inspiring moment, setting the tone for the challenge ahead.
This year’s jury featured standout personalities from the Spanish bar scene, adding even more depth and credibility to the competition:
- Alfredo Guerra – Global Brand Ambassador
- François Monti – Writer and critic, ranked as the 24th most influential person in the global bar industry. He serves as the Academy Chair for The World’s 50 Best Bars in Spain and Portugal.
- Miguel Ángel Jiménez – Owner of Libe, the most elegant consultancy in Spain.
- Adriana Chia – Spain’s number one cocktail influencer. The first woman to win World Class in Spain. She is also an official trainer in Sherry wines and cocktails, known for creating educational, elegant, and fun content.

The competition? Intense and full of surprises. Each team first presented their semifinal signature cocktail, showcasing their creativity, storytelling, and mixology skills. Then came the twist: a blind Daiquiri challenge. By drawing a number from 1 to 5, each duo had to recreate a specific classic Daiquiri recipe, testing not only their technique, but also their intuition and adaptability.
And in the end, it was Cisco Rodríguez and Camila Giraldi from Naked&Famous in Seville who took the crown. Their cocktail stood out, their presentation was sharp and full of passion, and their energy was magnetic from start to finish. With their win, they now move forward to the global finals, ready to represent Spain with fire and flair.
A huge shoutout to all participating teams, judges, and the vibrant community that made this event such a celebration of talent and togetherness. Cádiz brought the Cuban spirit to life, and this is just the beginning.
¡Salud!
