After two intense weeks of national judging, filled with inspiring encounters, exceptional cocktails, and creative storytelling, the jury has chosen the winning team from Austria. 

Congratulations to Corina and Claudia Tschallener, the talented twin sisters from Innsbruck, who captured hearts and palates with their cocktail “Dos Almas – Two Souls, One Creation.” 

Their creation reflects their unique connection as twins, two individuals deeply linked, just like the carefully layered ingredients in their drink. The tropical sweetness of pineapple and the warmth of saffron evoke the vibrant soul of Cuba, transformed into a handcrafted vermouth that preserves its essence. From Austria, they brought the richness of poppy seed and honey, blended into a homemade liqueur, with a touch of wormwood adding depth and tradition. 

The result is a cocktail that bridges cultures, combining Havana’s energy with Austria’s craftsmanship, telling a story through every sip.
