Apply before the deadline

1.Prepare your team of 2 to win!

-You must form a Team of 2 people.

-If the team is composed of bartenders from two different bars or restaurants, you must have approval from each of them.

-At least one of the Bars/Restaurants must be Havana Club 7 listed.

2. Create your own cocktail!

Create a Cocktail (recipe) with Havana Club 7 Years Old -Minimum of 30 ml

-Maximum of 5 ingredients – excluding garnish

-1 homemade ingredient

(There is no limit on the amount of ingredients within the individual ingredient but it must have a reason behind it).

-1 homemade ingredient with Afro-Latin inspiration such as (but not limited to): green plantain, coconut, cassava, okra, (candia) black-eyed peas, palm oil, chocolate, green coffee, cacao, malanga, sweet potato, rice, hibiscus flower, tamarind, sweet pepper, pigeon peas, cardamom, bay leaf, cumin, coriander, coconut milk, mango, ETC.

-You are free to choose the glassware, ice or presentation of the cocktail.

-There is no limit in the method of elaboration of the recipe, you can use syrups, cordials, reductions, clarified, take into account, milk does not apply as an extra ingredient, any technique you want to use is valid.

3.Send your photos

– A photo of your team’s cocktail
– A photo of the team that best represents your personality.
