Apply before the deadline

1.Prepare your team of 2 to win!

-You must form a Team of 2 people.

-If the team is composed of bartenders from two different bars or restaurants, you must have approval from each of them.

-At least one of the Bars/Restaurants must be Havana Club 7 listed.

2. Create your own cocktail!

Create a Cocktail (recipe) with Havana Club 7 Years Old -Minimum of 30 ml

– 2 homemade ingredients: 1 per team member each, of which at least 1 must be inspired by local or Afro-Latin ingredients.

-Maximum of 5 ingredients – excluding garnish

-1 homemade ingredient (Local, Colombian inspired)

– No limit on the number of ingredients (There is no limit to the amount of ingredients within the individual ingredients, you just need to have a reason behind it)

-1 homemade ingredient with Afro-Latin inspiration (No limit on the amount of ingredients within the individual ingredient, you just need to have a reason behind it)

-You are free to choose the glassware, ice or presentation of the cocktail

-There is no limit to the method of making the recipe, you can use syrups, cordials, reductions, clarified, any technique you wish to use is valid. If you use milk to clarify it counts as a technique, otherwise it is an ingredient. The same would apply for coconut oil or coconut cream.

3.Send your photos
