Lemongrass
"Silk & Sugarcane" is a cocktail created through the friendship and collaboration of the Thailand and China HCCM#2 Finalists.
The name reflects our cultures: Silk represents China, while Sugarcane represents Thailand.
The drink can be served in two ways - shaken or pour-over - using the same ingredients and ratios, offering two expressions of one idea.

- 45ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 10g Honey
- 5ml Mango syrup
- 15ml Lime
- 1 Mint spring
- 80ml Coconut - lemongrass soda
