A tropical and refreshing twist on the classic Mojito, combining rich caramel and ripe banana flavors with the freshness of mint and the smooth depth of Havana Club Añejo 7 Años. Balanced, vibrant, and full of Caribbean character.
Ingredients
- 45ml Havana Club Añejo 7 Años
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Simple syrup
- 90ml Caramelized banana soda
- Fresh Mint leaves
Banana soda: 500gr of banana sprinkled with brown sugar and caramelized with a flame; add 500ml of water, blend, add 1.5% of pectinex and let it clarify overnight; filter with cheesecloth and carbonate with Co2.
