- 45ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 15ml Pandan Syrup*
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 mint twigs
- Sparkling roasted coconut water (to top)
* 50g Pandan 500ml 1,5:1 Sugar Syrup, 65°c 90min sous-vide
