SILVER PINEAPPLE
Mixed with Havana Club 3
This cocktail with white wine comes from the semi-finals of the Havana Club Grand Prix cocktail competition 2014. It was created by overall winner Andy Loudon and combines tart and sweet in a delicious way.
MAKE IT
Havana Club 3 Años
- 35 ml
Pineapple juice
- 35 ml
Sauvignon Blanc
- 25 ml
Sugar syrup
- 10 ml
Lime
- 1/2
Sprig of fresh mint
- 1
Ice cubes
- Many
Put all ingredients with the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Squeeze out the lime juice and add it.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a long drink glass with ice cubes.
Decorate with the mint and … salud!
