EL PRESIDENTE Made with Havana Club 7
A classic rum drink from Cuba’s golden age! When American bartenders and their customers flocked to the island to escape Prohibition back home, glasses were raised to the Cuban president, Gerardo Machado, who allowed them to party. Enjoy an authentic taste of the 1930s in this dry El Presidente cocktail.
MAKE IT
- Havana Club Añejo 7 Años rum
- 40 ml
- Lillet Blanc
- 20 ml
- Triple Sec
- 10 ml
- Grenadine
- 5 ml
- Orange Peel
- 1 Twist
- Take a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid.
- Pour in the Cuban rum Havana Club 7, Lillet, Triple Sec and Grenadine.
- Stir well, strain into a glass, garnish with the peel twist and…relax!
