Apricot Brandy
- 20 ml
Pineapple juice
- 35 ml
Sugar Syrup
- 10 ml
Pineapple
- 3 pcs.
Limes
- 1/2
Ice cubes
- Many
Crush the pineapple pieces in a cocktail shaker or container.
Add the remaining ingredients, squeeze the lime over it and top up with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Strain twice, pour into a champagne or sparkling wine glass and … salud!
