Ingredients

  • shaker 40ml Havana Club Iconica SDM
    15ml Cacao Husk Cordial*
    3 dashes of Saline Solution (10%)
    100ml Chilled Soda Water
  • garnish per serving Long Orange Twist

Pour the first two ingredients into a highball glass filled with column ice.

Add 3 dashes of a saline solution (10%), and top with chilled soda water.

Gently stir to lift the ingredients through the drink.

To garnish, coil a long orange twist around the ice.
