It is considered by many to be the original Cuban cocktail and a natural forerunner to the Mojito and Daiquiri that followed. The Canchánchara is sublime in its simplicity and is a perfect expression of the “Cuban Trinity”: exceptional rum, sweetness from the honey water and sharpness from the fresh lime juice. 50 ml	Havana Club 7 Años
20 ml	Honey Water (2 parts honey and 1 part warm water)
20 ml	Fresh Lime juice
3	Ice Cubes

100 ml	Havana Club 7 Años
40 ml	Honey Water (2 parts honey and 1 part warm water)
40 ml	Fresh Lime juice
6	Ice Cubes

250 ml	Havana Club 7 Años
100 ml	Honey Water (2 parts honey and 1 part warm water)
100 ml	Fresh Lime juice
15	Ice Cubes

500 ml	Havana Club 7 Años
200 ml	Honey Water (2 parts honey and 1 part warm water)
200 ml	Fresh Lime juice
30	Ice Cubes

Pour the honey water in a glass and ensure the honey is well dissolved in the water.
Add the lime juice and rum, then stir.
Top up the glass with the ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and…salud!
