We know what you’re thinking – tonic, coffee and rum?! Trust us, it really works! Think Espresso Martini, but long, refreshing and super sessionable. The exotic notes in Cuban Spiced marry perfectly with the richness of the coffee and slight bitterness of the tonic. Garnish with a pineapple & you’re good to go. Salud.

MAKE IT

25 ml Havana Club Cuban Spiced rum
25 ml Kahlua
25 ml Fresh Espresso
12 Ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients (not tonic) to a shaker
  2. Add ice & hard shake
  3. Double strain into a tall glass
  4. Add ice
  5. Top with tonic & garnish
