Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions for WIN GIG TICKETS & A MARTINE ROSE LIMITED EDITION BOTTLE BUNDLE WITH HAVANA CLUB (the “Promotion”)

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries to this address.

2. The Promotion will be managed on behalf of the Promoter by We Are Magic Number LTD (“Magic Number”) whose registered office is at 6 Pritchard Street, Bristol, England, BS2 8RH. Magic Number will contact the winners on behalf of the Promoter and manage administration of the prizes.

3. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

4. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 09:00 on 1 November 2025 and close at 23:59 on 31 January 2026.

5. Entry Instructions:

Scan the QR code on the digital screens in participating O2 academy venues. This link will direct you to the dedicated landing page on the Havana Club UK website. You must complete the form on the landing page, making sure to select your top three venue choices at an O2 Academy venue from the options listed on landing page.

6. Prizes:

There is a maximum of 1 prize in total to be won during the Promotional Period. The prize is a Havana Club flight case (which includes a limited-Edition Havana Club 7 x Martine Rose bottle of rum and some cocktail cups) and two (2) tickets to a gig at one of the following Academy Music Group Venues:

O2 Apollo Manchester; O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester; O2 Academy Birmingham; O2 Academy Leeds; O2 Forum Kentish Town; O2 City Hall Newcastle; O2 Shepherds Bush Empire; O2 Academy Bristol; O2 Institute Birmingham; O2 Ritz Manchester; O2 Academy Liverpool; O2 Academy Islington; O2 Academy Oxford; O2 Academy Glasgow; O2 Academy Bournemouth; O2 Guildhall Southampton; Edinburgh Corn Exchange; Utilita Arena Cardiff.

The prize includes two (2) tickets to the selected event, as described in clause 6a: one for the winner and one for a guest of their choice. Both attendees must be aged 18 or over as of the Promotion start date. The winner is responsible for ensuring their guest meets this requirement. The Promoter and/or Magic Number may request proof of age for both attendees and reserve the right to withhold the prize if valid identification is not provided.

  • Entry to the relevant event is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser, which must be reviewed and accepted by the winners and their guests prior to attendance.  By entering this promotion, winners agree to: (i) comply with the event organiser’s terms; and (ii) ensure that their guests also comply. Failure to adhere to the organiser’s terms may result in cancellation of the prize without further notice.

7. Winner selection:

• Every participant who enters the Promotion during the Promotional Period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win the prize.

• The winner will be chosen by the Promoter or its affiliate on or around 2 February 2026 via a randomised computer process. A member of the Magic Number team will then contact the winner via win@wearemagicnumber.com in order to verify the age of the winner and their guest, discuss ticket selection and obtain delivery information.

Tickets will only be available for a show that is scheduled on or before 31st May 2026. Once the winner’s preference is received, Magic Number will check ticket availability with the venue operator. While Magic Number will make every effort to accommodate the winner’s first-choice show, this cannot be guaranteed. If tickets for the selected show are unavailable, Magic Number will contact the winner to request an alternative show preference and will endeavour to fulfil this request.

The winner shall have a period of seven (7) days to reply to any emails sent by the Promoter or Magic Number. Should the winner fail to reply within this seven (7) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original winner.

8. General:

1. At the O2 Academy venues or Utilita Arena Cardiff, the winner and their guest will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct, and the venue operators reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any customer who is heavily intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.

2. If any winner or their guest is refused entry to an O2 Academy venue or Utilita Arena Cardiff the venue operators reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows as part of this prize and the tickets will not be replaced with others.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.

4. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.

5. The winner’s surnames and counties will be made available upon request. Full names and counties will be made available to the ASA or any other competent body upon request.

6. The prize is strictly for personal use and may not be resold, transferred or used for any commercial gain by the winner or their guest. Any attempt to resell or transfer the prize, or to use it for commercial purposes, will render it void.

7. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents and Magic Number assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the promotion, the acceptance of the prize, and any acts or omissions of the companions, winner.

8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

1. Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

10. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, which is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

• Any information collected from entrants into the Promotion will be processed by: (i) the Promoter for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion (the Promoter’s privacy policy is available here: https://havana-club.com/en-gb/online-privacy-policy/; and (ii) Magic Number for the purpose of managing fulfilment of the prize, on the Promoter’s behalf (Magic Number’s privacy policy is available here: https://www.wearemagicnumber.com/). Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com or info@wearemagicnumber.com (as applicable). If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself.

• The Promoter reserves the right, either directly or through Magic Number, to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the prize being administered, unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications.

13. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
