    • 50ml Havana Club Anejo 7 Anos
    • 20ml Honey syrup
    • 10ml Sugar syrup
    • 20ml Lime
    • 1 large pineapple chunk
    • 5 mint leaves
    • 1 spoon apricot jam

    Method

    Add all ingredients to blender and blend with crushed ice for 15 second

    Garnish

    • Mint 
    • Black Pepper

    • 5ml Maraschino
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of nutmeg
    • 30ml Sugar
    • 1/4 Good ripe tomato

    Method

    Blend all ingredients together in blender for 15 seconds with 1/2 scoop of crushed ice
