    Invented at the prestigious Hotel Nacional, it epitomizes the elegance of Cuban cocktails with the subtle mix of great flavours such as pineapple and apricot.


    • 50ml Havana Club Añejo 3 años
    • 10ml apricot brandy
    • 25ml fresh pineapple juice
    • 10ml sugar syrup
    • 20ml fresh lime juice


    Lightly muddle the pineapple

    Add the rest of the ingredients

    Shake all ingredients vigorously

    Single strain into a cocktail glass.
